These are some drawings for a uni project based on science and artifice. The images depict imaginary bioluminescent deep-sea creatures, drawn with common ocean pollutants (nets, fishing line, latex balloon waste, plastic bags, microbeads), viewed and photographed under black light. My aim was to draw attention to the damage humans are inflicting on our ocean environments, even to the deepest unknown parts of the sea. I've displayed the drawings as a gallery installation.
